Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy governs the terms of subscription cancellations and refunds for services provided by Meeyar Technologies. This policy is strictly aligned with the Consumer Protection Law of the Sultanate of Oman (Royal Decree No. 66/2014) and its Executive Regulations.

1. The 15-Day Statutory Refund Right

You are entitled to a full refund within fifteen (15) days from the date of Your initial subscription purchase. This applies strictly to the first transaction of a new subscription.

2. Subscription-Specific Refund Rules

• Monthly Subscriptions: Initial purchases are refundable within 15 days. Renewals are strictly non-refundable.
• Yearly Subscriptions: Initial purchases are refundable within 15 days. After 15 days, the fee becomes strictly non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds.

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Setup fees, onboarding fees, third-party integration costs, and accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations are completely non-refundable.
